Wholesale Return Policy for Eyeglasses and Sunglasses Frames.

At B2B FRAMES, we are committed to providing high-quality eyewear to our wholesale partners. While we maintain strict quality standards, we understand that occasional issues may arise. This policy is designed to ensure a smooth and efficient resolution process.


1. Reporting Defective Merchandise

Any defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation or pickup date).

Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted, and the item will not be eligible for return.

Returns are accepted only for manufacturer defects.


2. Support & Resolution

If a defect is identified, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Upon review, we will offer either:

Store credit, or

Replacement, depending on availability and circumstances.


3. Replacement Process

For replacements, the defective item must be returned to us.

The client is responsible for the return shipment. Once received, we will issue a store credit for the return shipping cost.

Please allow time for the replacement to be processed and delivered.
