At B2B FRAMES, we strive to provide high-quality eyewear frames to our wholesale clients. We understand that occasionally, a defect may occur. Our return policy is designed to address such issues efficiently
1. Defective Merchandise Reporting:
• Any defects in the merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receiving the package
• Only manufacturer defects are accepted as valid reasons for return.
2. Support and Resolution:
• If a defect is identified, please contact your account manager for support.
• You will be offered either a store credit to your account or a replacement, depending on the situation and availability.
3. Replacement Procedure:
• If a replacement is requested, the defective item must be returned to us.
• The client is responsive for returning the item and waiting for the replacement to arrive.
